The Stewart Gold/Copper North Prospect is located in northwestern British Columbia, close to Decade Resources Ltd. (DEC) flagship "Redcliff and Montrose" prospects. The property lies just north of the town of Stewart, B.C. and is accessible by road approximately 1.5 kilometers from paved highway 37A and is underlain by lithologies of the middle Jurassic Hazelton Group. These rocks host significant precious and base metal deposits in the Stewart Camp including the Silbak Premier, Silver Coin, Sulphurets, Red Mountain and Eskay Creek deposits.
In the spring of 2009 Decade Resources Ltd. commenced surface exploration on the nearby Red Cliff property and received necessary government permits to commence drilling on the property. Recent drilling was completed in the fall of 2009 and intercepted grades as high as 24.7 metres of 20.87g/ton Gold.
